Luxury Ski Chalet Build, Saint Gervais: Aerial Footage, Day 2

Construction of our luxury ski chalet in Saint Gervais, French Alps, is underway.

Aerial footage of Day 2 of the build shows the ground floor of the 480sqm property almost complete. The total build time is expected to be 3 weeks. The chalet will be entirely constructed in SIP panels for the walls, supporting concrete screed floors, over 3 storeys. Glulam larch beams have been specially commissioned so that they will match the external larch cladding.

The chalet will feature 7 large en-suite bedrooms with separate dressing areas and individual balconies. It will boast pool, jacuzzi and sauna. It will be run as a catered chalet in winter.

Heating of both the house and pool will be via air source heat pump to keep utility bills to a minimum even in winter.

Saint Gervais is a stunning Alpine resort, with a ski area linked with Megeve. Our site is overlooked by a snow-capped Mont Blanc.
